There’s always been Nortes in Colorado. I did time with them at a boot camp in Nevada called ROP in 2001. The California Nortes didn’t acknowledge out of staters but they were there. And truth be told northerners and southerners from Colorado would stick together because California Northerners and Southerner’s didn’t respect them.
