if you don’t track/measure your food, how do you still make sure youre in a calorie deficit? Fat loss makes me feel hungrier and if i didn’t track, i would just end up eating maintenance calories because of increased hunger. (i’m pretty sure thats a natural thing, but how do you deal with that?)

I do the exact same thing. As a trainer I never recommend a diet. Just eat clean and eliminate the as much crap as possible.
