Both are nice, but I'd prefer RGB since the excessive lack of distinct, saturated colors can negatively impact the human psyche. Not that I'm hating on your setup, your setup is great.

I love both of them but I would choose white for productivity and RGB for gaming and relaxing. The white kind of reminds me of a classroom when relaxing so I wouldn’t choose it
