How to do neat Moon buns hair style. You will need 5 ponytail holders, 2 sock buns or hair donuts, and many bobby pins.

First you're going to need to separate your hair into a top and bottom section. I like to ponytail the bottom section together so it's totally out of the way.
Then you're going to divide and style the top section into two even, high ponytails. Once that's done, you can release the bottom section.
Next you're going to need a hair sock or donut to make a sock bun.
Pull one ponytail through the donut, let the ends fall evenly over it to cover, and ponytail into place.
Sweep the remaining ends all towards the front and use two bobby pins to secure them just in front of the donut.
Once that's done, you can lift the ends and feel free to rat them a little for extra texture, then give a little twist and pin them to the back of the donut. I like to fold, tuck, and hide all the remaining ends at the back and under the donut.
