Combining PE materials behind ceramic strike faces is not easy. It requires adhesive interface layers that can bond different resins and fiber materials. Having a high performance, softer PE directly behind the strike face allows the energy to transfer into building stiffness as the projectile fragments move into the PE. We build performance packs, which are collections of similar materials and bond the packs together during the build process. #armor #bodyarmor #custom
