This is nothing too mysterious. The doors were all removed to prevent people from getting trapped most likely. It also ensures airflow so that anyone who does go in doesn't end up dead from lack of oxygen or poisonous gases that can build up. From the look of it, it seems to have been a bunker/shelter, probably cold war era (considering the good condition of the concrete and apparent mostly lack of standing water), probably maintained up until the mid 90s, also from the look of it the external buildings were removed at some point. If you are going to explore stuff like this at a minimum you should be carrying a gas meter/alarm.

Itâs an old military bunker! The door wasnât âblownâ off they removed it so ppl wouldnât get stuck down there while exploring. Itâs much cheaper to remove the doors and leave them lay than cover all the entrances permanently so explorers canât get in. When ppl see a massive door blocking a staircase in the woods they tend to wanna get in more than ever

I'm sure others have commented similar, but the blue metal square-shaped tubing that you see running along the ceiling is called waveguide, it is something that is used to attune the signal or I suppose to shield certain types of RF frequency carrying cabling from outside interference, in other words probably a military bunker or some other high dollar bomb shelter that actually had communications infrastructure in place
