when I was shooting a video I tripped over a small bush and had to ditch the rig before falling down. luckily nothing was damaged but it was still scary for me. at least i got it on camera.

I hadn't read the description and guessed that in low mode the rig had struck the ground and been pulled out of your hand. Pleased that you didn't break any gear, I've fixed the failure I had last week and made it stronger. I bet the connectors on your gear are really expensive to replace if you bend one. Some of the scenes that you film are quite dark in nature (not exposure), I've only just noticed.
