I run this in my Lynde curse deck. You drop it on the defensive or combo player who's not running a lot of creatures and watch their deck disappear.

At first I didnt understand why something like that would need seven mana for the effect. Then got to the end and saw the everything else goes to grave part instead of being like other similar search cards that would put the rest on the bottom of the library.
So you mill them and yank a creature each turn. Yeah I'd say thats worth the seven cost.
