Boba:
On the stove add:
¼ cup brown sugar
¼ cup water
¼ cup tapioca starch
Combined until thicken and well mixed
Add another ¼ cup of tapioca starch
(Add a little bit of water if the dough is too dry)
After the boba is cooked and rinsed under cold water, add it back to the pan with ⅓ cup of brown sugar; cooked on low heat.
