To be completely honest, I’ve really been struggling with body image and accepting how much weight I’ve gained over the last few years. I am really working on healing my relationship with my body and my confidence, while learning how to properly take care of myself and love what my body can do. Today, I made a huge step, I feel. I filmed a closet clean out video back in January that I almost didn’t post because I hated how my body looks in it. But I pushed myself to share it, because it is a video I enjoyed filming and that I am proud of. So I took the leap and did it. I’m so proud of myself, and I know this is another step forward in my journey of gaining confidence in myself again. 💕
