この運動のポイントはなるべく肩を落としながら行って下さい。
手で支えているのでどうしても肩が上がってしまうのですが、そうすると肩を痛めてしまう可能性があります。
また、しっかり下げる事で背中の大きな筋肉を使うので、背中のトレーニングにもなります。
