5️⃣ Lean on Your Light Meter: regardless of how the scene looks to your eyes too, trust your light meter. It’s a reliable guide because it measures the light accurately in your actual shooting environment.
⭐️Bonus Tip: Bring More Light Than You Think You Need. Film NEEDS light to make an image, so don’t shy away from it. I’ve seen film overexposed by five stops and still manage to produce a usable image. Unlike digital cameras that can basically see in the dark now, film has its limits, and severe underexposure can lead to detail loss. My advice?
