到了先點 。湯都只有分大小碗。 記得要說明你要那種肉。麵條是豆瓣醬口味的。桌子上另外有丸記醬油膏，是用來調沾醬的，蔥蒜嫩薑絲都是自助，可以放到湯裡面或是配醬油膏調成沾醬，很多老客人沾醬都是拿麵碗裝的，嫩薑絲吃起來非常讚！湯底的味道較淡，如果覺太淡可以跟老闆要一點點鹽巴加進湯裡，也可以再續湯喔！
ps:桌上還會有米酒，也是拿來給湯底調味的！
