First start by making a loadout with a shock charge and 3 Recon perks so you get the specialty.
The shock charge will allow you to stun enemies without stunning yourself
And the Recon Specialty will make your HUD flash when an enemy sees you to give you a chance to turn on them.
Next you will want to play Hardcore and only the Stakeout map. All other maps will make this impossible.
Once you load in you are going to want to focus on staying on the bedroom side of the map
and simply throw your shock charge before entering every room, this will stun all enemies and then you easily use your regular attack to one hit enemies because it's hardcore
This will easily get you 1-3 kills every single time you push.

why would you want to do melee kills in hardcore?

You could do this or throw smokes in core and do the one shot animation. No one will be able to see you because of the smoke. Run the wildcard that lets you hold 3 tacticals
