bit.ly/moumitarahman To become a U.S. citizen, you must pass a citizenship test. This test has two parts: the civics test and the English test. For the civics test, you'll be asked up to ten questions, and you need to get at least six right to pass. The English test has you read one sentence aloud and write a different sentence. Your English skills will also be checked when the USCIS officer talks to you about your N400 application.
If you fail either part of the test, you get a second chance within 60 to 90 days, without reapplying. But if you fail again, your application for citizenship will be denied, and youâll have to start over!
