Neil Fingleton, the tallest player in Holy Name High and Holy Cross basketball histories and an adopted Worcester son, passed away Saturday in his native Durham, England.
In 2014, Fingleton played the giant Mag the Mighty in the HBO TV series "Game of Thrones." He played the villain The Fisher King in "Doctor Who." He also appeared in several movies.

I knew Neil when he was 16 and at the time "only" 6' 10" when he went to Durham 6th form centre. He's from Gilesgate where a lot of my friends at the time were from. Didn't know him well but nice lad. God bless ya Finky. way, way too young. ❤
