Most people are like that, even here in Australia. We spent 2 months in an apartment in Danang. When we left we offered lots of items and cash to our lovely lady who cleaned our apartment. She took it all on the first offer and said thank you and we were happy she did.

So true, but I found a way, when I want to help my mother in law with some money I give lucky money to my daughter and she dutifully gives it to her grandmother. 😉💕 problem solved and everyone is happy
