They are side effects of internal biological "machine learning" process. Overoptimisation done by brain itself. The way you feel discomfort learning new language simply because how much more energy you burn. Plus some biases which are evolutionary based. To ignore these is to say you can ignore how eyes see more shades of green. You need to be aware of it while at the same time ignoring it and accepting it. Like boxing it's in natural process leaning into "pain"

I was in the 80% til 36. I remember every instance where someone told me I couldn't do something. Many years of hard work; nights, weekends, holidays, midnight s, ice storms and hurricanes made me who I am today.
