Ingredients (Serve 4)

dried persimmons 4ea
cream cheese 50g
extra virgin oliive oil 2.5T
salt 3g
pepper 3g

1. Remove the stem and seeds of the dried persimmons and unfold.

2. Mash cream cheese with a spatula. Make it creamy texture without lumps.

3. Add the salt, pepper and oil, and mix it well.

4. Shape the cream cheese and harden in the freezer for 30 minutes.

5. Layer the persimmons and put the cream cheese center of the persimmons.

6. Roll the persimmons well and harden in the freezer for 30 minutes.

7. Slice the Gotgam (persimmon) Mari into bite-sized pieces.
