Eh, idk mate, they're 2 different tools for 2 different purposes, an impact wrench isnt built to drive screws, its built to break away stuck fasteners

Their uses are in the name on the tool. Impact drivers "drive" screws in to wood and other lightweight materials. Impact wrenches are to be used in place of a wrench like lug nuts off cars and other heavy duty applications. I work on the railway and no impact driver in the world would be able to loosen/tighten up the nuts/bolts we use. we are talking 200-400nm tight.
