Limb length discrepancies (LLD) both structural and functional change the way feet function the Brain will always try and fix inefficient movement- the longer leg will always pronate more during heel strike through to just before heel lift (irrespective of what the foot is initially doing ) to make the leg shorter and the shorter leg will roll out more between heel strike and just before heel lift more to make the leg longer.
