Squat: 455lb + doubled microbands (30lb pr)

This may be the single most intimidating lift I have done so far and my heaviest banded squat to date. In first clip 425+ 2 microbands each side. Maybe only 25-30lbs at the top.

In the second clip there is 455 with just a single band each side but doubled and at a higher height. I will have to look next time I go to the gym but I reckon about 50-90lbs at lockout.

Today I felt so weak I slept in my car before my workout. My legs felt weak. Fighting cold symptoms. But I attempted this because I wanted to try something that scared me. Fear is great motivation to elicit the fight or flight response. You rise to the occasion in order to not die. lol

You’re right leg is really weak and has a tough time stabilizing your center mass for equal pressure, forcing you to put more pressure through that left leg which if not taken care of will result an injury in the future. This is coming from someone who worked with hundreds of clientele for both strength, athleticism mobility stability from rehab to squatting 500+ pounds
