Death is basically mixed between Tai Lung, Shen, and Kai. He's got Tai Lung's strength and fur color, Shen's eye color, wit, and not to mention Shen worked with wolves, and Kai's supernatural-ness. Plus having two badass weapons! I'd say it's a draw!

People seem to underestimate Death because he's shown little strength feats and Puss got a hit on him but mind you Death and Puss Blaintly make it clear that Death was only fouing with him and could have killed him at any given time. Death can easily defeat all. He is Death straight up. He was beaten by puss just cause he made it boring. He spared puss after proofing himself. And he could easily defeat all. Basically the death reaper. He is also known for being really FAST. Shown after Puss fought him in the bar. He can turn his weapon from two into one making it a double type sword ▬▬ι═══════ﺤ sword.
