Cool. So here's the entire pokemon lore

So, to begin, tying the Pokémon universe into our own, about 13.5 billion years ago, Arceus was hatched from an egg, then creating Palkia and Dialga. As matter was created, antimatter was spontaneously created, therefore causing Giratina to be born. However, soon Giratina and his antimatter began wreaking havoc on the universe, and so Giratina was banished to the Distortion World.

Around 10 billion years ago, Cosmog nebulae are created, out of which Solgaleo and Lunala come out and they create star systems.

Around 4.6 billion years ago, the Pokémon world was created, by natural or unnatural means it is unknown. At some point after this, Kyogre was born in the deep sea basins, and Groudon was born out of the hot lava in the center of the planet. Rayquaza was also born out of the minerals of the ozone layer. Kyogre and Groudon create the continents and the ocean basins and seas. A chance meeting turns the two into rivals, and after a long battle which Rayquaza stops, the two are trapped in Red and Blue orbs. The orbs are left in Mt. Pyre.

Regigigas is created, and he moves the continents around to their current positions. However, the Sinnoh and the Ransei regions were created by Arceus himself.

300 million years ago, the first fossil Pokémon evolve from Mew, and they live in the sea. Kabuto and Kabutops mark a transition from sea to land, and all fossil Pokémon have died out by 100 million years ago. 2 million years ago, modern Pokémon evolve in the ocean, according to Bill.

10000 years ago, the Ice Age ends, and Ice-types begin to die out. Modern civilization arises 5000 years ago in the Pokémon world.

3000 years ago, the relic items are created. Also, the Kalos War and the Unova War occur, which may be the same war, see my previous theory. Melmetal lives at this time and then disappears mysteriously until the present day. This is when the timeline splits.

In the mega timeline, Primal Groudon and Kyogre fight and Rayquaza stops them. This happens again 1000 years ago. The Kanto-Johto War (see my theory on this topic!) occurs 5-10 years before the events of Let’s Go Pikachu and Eevee. After this, the order of the games is: LGP/LGE=OR/AS -> X/Y -> S/M=US/UM

In the ‘elementary’ timeline (original games) there was no Kalos War at all. However, the Kanto War still occurred, annexing Johto about 5-10 years before Red, Blue, Green and Yellow. The order is: R/B/Y -> G/S/C

In the regular, non-mega timeline, the Kalos War happened, but the Ultimate Weapon was never fired. Whatever happened to the Kalos region in this timeline is not known. Again, 5-10 years before the events of Firered and Leafgreen, the Kanto-Johto War occurred. The order of games in this timeline is: FR/LG=R/S/E -> HG/SS=D/P/Pt -> B/W -> B2/W2

In one timeline, all humans were killed off by the Ultimate Weapon. Pokémon grew into a thriving society and developed their own language. This developed into the Mystery Dungeon world. The order of games in this world is: PMD:Red and Blue Rescue Team -> PMD:Explorers of Time and Darkness -> PMD:Gates to Infinity -> SMD
