The bars today are further apart that it would be impossible to complete the transition from high bar to loop around low bar back to high bar. Unless a new transition is made up.

Yes.. Regardless of how far the bars are now.. It doesn't mean that the Koburt flip... is all about the use of the high bar of the uneven bars. The back flip is performed to the opposite direction to the lower bar... With the added space between the uneven bars now... Makes this element less dangerous!
