쌤.. 어떤 영상에서는 등받이에 완전 기대서 대퇴직근을 늘려논 상태로 올리라는 말도 있던데 혼란스럽네요 대퇴직근은 어쨌든 허벅지 맨 윗 상단까지 짜야지 쓰이는게 맞죠?
