I also think clean food and gut health plays a good role in your skin quality but people dont tak about it much , when i started clean strict diet for gym my skin glows from within

True that. I literally do nothing I'm 'supposed to ' to my skin, but my face looks great. I wouldn't have a clue...

Honestly..skincare is the last thing on the list that helps the skin...first it's genetics...2nd sleep..then diet/exercise/balancing stress/hygiene etc....skincare apart from a sunscreen comes last...as it may help improve the skin 5-10%...but if you neglect the other stuff you are neglecting 90% of the actual "SKINCARE "..

Yeah, knowing her, she would not have the best advice 😂

So true. My mom has nice skin and she uses whatever. Even expired ones. I use better products yet my skin is worse.

I'm a teen, I've never had acne, for some reason my skin still glows when I don't even do skincare. My siblings on the other hand though, they have some skincare because they get a lot of breakouts. Apparently, my mom was the same with me when she was still a teen. With my dad though, he said he experienced the same thing as my siblings. My only problems are blackheads, they may not be visible from afar, but if you look very closely you'll see it 😭 also, diet also has some factors for a good skin, but me? I eat a lot of junk, but I rarely get pimples 💪🏼🗿

Edit: literally as I'm typing this I'm eating a bag of ch

Just try (you won’t lose anything) not putting any product or makeup or anything on your face. Then don’t wash your face at all unless it’s physically dirty, then just use residual shampoo or just water if you can. Keep doing this a few weeks. Your face imho returns to being able to regulate a proper balance and clears up. I have seen this work for every person i have told this to but none of them were very severe so I can’t speak to that, though it might be worth a try. It’s ok if it sounds too weird, it just works for me and it helped about 5 others. It’s not a conclusive study. Best to everyone 🌸
