Create a Toxic Environment by Dumping "DARK Fine Particulate Carcinogens' onto the carpet, against a Targeted Individual who has the Disability of Inability to Distinguish Smells - and KNOWING this - these DoD/Info Ops/NSP JSOC Trainees - Recruit and Radicalize their Civilian Network of Sleeper Cells - to VIOLENTLY ATTACK, SET UP as "KAREN's and KEN'S" against INNOCENT PEOPLE -
