So for those who don't understand the woman actually can't hear and smell so the doctor gave her a hearing pill now the doctor needs to cure her loss of smell hope that helps

For those who don't understand, there could be 2 possibilities..
The first possibility is that the lady is passing gas (which is the polite way to say fart) very quietly and has no smell, but the doctor thinks that nobody should be able to pass gas without making even a little bit of sound and a little bit of smell, so the doctor thought the lady was deaf and can't smell with her nose, so the doctor gave her the pills (that she has to take 3 times a day, which I believe the doctor might have gave the wrong one, which was to make the gas loud, nstead of curing her "non-existing deaf/hearing loss"), and after a week she came back and she said her gas us loud, but tue doctor (again) thinks he cured her hearing loss, and is ready restore her smell even tho she can smell just fine..
The second possibility is that maybe the lady is actually deaf and also has lost her ability to smell, but isn't noticing it, but this doesn't match up, because the lady heard the doctor say to take the pills 3 times a day..
So what do u think is the right possibility or could it be some other possibility?
(For me I think it might be the first possibility, it makes more sense, as in the doctor is the one being a newbie or a starter or a beginner as being a doctor technically..)

For those who didn't get it, the Woman couldn't hear her farts cuz she was deaf and took the medication and now had to fix her loss of smell
