Wow, looks like that far right leg was really slow getting down. Bearly made it. Ice bulid up?

I seem to remember they had an issue with a landing leg getting stuck due to ice bulid up on a ADS landing out at Vandenberg a few years back. It was very foggy at launch and casued excess ice/condensation in the rail/groove that casued it to not extend all the way.
