It’s pretty sad. They tried for such a long time. Being a former family law paralegal, I’m surprised she asked for spousal support. The Court allocates support based on the income or the approximate income each party is capable of earning in their respective areas of employment. There is a strong possibility she could be Ordered to pay him both spousal support and child support. It’s all based on percentages of overnights with the kids, who makes or is capable of making more money. Granted, their Financial Affidavits are going to be in the millions, but she has more employment opportunities than he does. He seems to be the type who has to have s partner to live. I don’t see him paying her support. I’m sad they didn’t work out because she really loved him but I’ve never had a totally good feeling about him.
