Everything I did and what I spent 💰 on my first day in South Korea. 🇰🇷

My first stop: 🌧️ The convenience store 🏪 for an umbrella ☔️ and breakfast.🍴

Afterwards, I had my personal colour analysis done at Color Yeon in Gangnam (🙌🥳 highly recommend visiting Julie!) and then met up with another solo traveler for cafe hopping. 🍰

But before that, I went to Olive Young for the first time 🛍️ (and bought the foundation Julie had matched to my skin 🥹🥹 as well as a few other things) and Twosome Place (a chain cafe in Seoul) for a mango 🥭 smoothie. 🧃

The first cafe we visited was Mamma Mia (@/mammamiadosan on IG) for coffee ☕️ , a tomato 🍅 basil 🌿 pesto pound cake 🍰 and egg tart all of which were fresh and delicious!

The venue was also really lovely with indoor and outdoor cashseating and a bright pink 🎀 painted exterior. Unexpectedly, they weren’t playing the Mamma Mia soundtrack 🎶 (but the music was great, too 😄).

On the way to our next cafe, we stopped by the Wiggle Wiggle (@/wigglewiggle.official on IG) pop-up also in Gangnam. Definitely stop by for a cuteness overload and unique photo zones. 📸 🌻

Next ☕️ 🍩 was the Gangnam branch of cafe Knotted (@/cafeknotted on IG). Great doughnuts and such lovely staff. There are two floors of seating and so many unique doughnut flavours to try. 🤤

🚆 Transportation in Seoul is really affordable (coming from London, at least) and I spent a total of ₩2,500 today (which is less than £2).

💷 Total for what I spent on my first day in Seoul was ₩220,550 (£134 / $163).
