Depends on the MIC..I'd its a AMIC or DMIC, DMIC shall give output in PDM format for which you need to do PDM to PCM conversion and therefore you need Digital interface like I2S or TDM for hooking it up..for AMIC yes, can be used as line ln with MIC Preamplifier..

I want to specify also something ! We know the formula: P = I x V where P is the electrical power of our signal or consumed ,I used the miliampers and v used the volts.Sow we know if we measure each signal has a certain volt/ampere if we used a electrical device!

What can we do when two gain point one in transmitter and second one in audio interface how we setup (wireless mic transmitter going in receiver xlr cable connecting into audio interface and second gain)

Stop ! Why mic s inputs are low impedance? And line level a little more impedance ? This is crucial people to understand! So the answer is like that ! Generally mica deals with kind of low signal cause the usually do not produce to much amplification or none amplification so therefore the input state of that preamplification line needs to be able to cope with low signal and fairly high amplification .So each kind of early preamplification stage has on its input a electronic filter that accommodate the excitability of actual amplificator and will set its amplification rate and input and output impedance.Groso Modo impedance is input or output resistance working on no signal !Matching impedance from device to other is very important because that way the natural signature of overall audio signal is kept InTouch! Otherwise colorations occur 😅❤
