Omg! I need help. I’ve have suffered so long. I was diagnosed with PHN almost 13 yrs ago. I have had 3 full bed ridden bouts of shingles. Left side of my spine, around my rib cage to my solar plexus. And about 1 or 2 inch on the right side directly across.
I’ve been on all the drugs they say will manage my pain but it doesn’t. Most days I can’t get out of bed.
This de-habilitating disease has cost me my freedom to live life. I am now on SSI disability because of the extreme nerve damage and pain.
I have gone to chiropractors. I have done hot AND cold treatments. And Thoracic and lower lumbar epidurals.
Nothing has elevated my pain. Please. Help me. Tell me what to do. Anything to stop this horrible existence due to constant pain.😢
