Fun fact about Chankonabe (Sumo-Stew)! It is typically made with chicken, for superstition of ‘two feet’, or the belief it will bring more luck so the wrestler will stay standing up. (For anyone that doesn’t know, if your pushed out of the ring or fall over, you loose.)
