I have a very hard time finishing my long-term projects for this reason. I get burnout if I can't finish something in a day. My ambition is much bigger than that, so there's a disconnect with my ability to actuate. Not giving up on myself, but it's been years of falling short. I can finish things easily if I do quick things. I just need more quick things to do. π

Good episode with some humble wisdom. I am afraid the "feature creep" (as part of the scope creep) is my weak spot. In Germany we call it the "Eier legende Woll-Milch-Sau". I like the approach with doing fewer things (focus on the important tasks), work on a natural pace and value quality. That`s my practice for quite some time now and I love it. Thank you for sharing :-)
