INGREDIENTS
Spaghetti - 350 gm
Garlic - 20 Cloves
Unsalted Butter - 3 tbsp
Oil - 1 tbsp
Oyster Sauce - 1 tbsp
Light Soy Sauce - 1 tbsp
Dark Soy Sauce - 1/2 tbsp
Fish Sauce - 1 tbsp
Sesame Oil - 2 tsp
Parmesan - 1/2 cup grated
Spring Onion Greens - 2 tbsp chopped
RECIPES
- First boil your spaghetti and don't forget to season the water with salt.
- Strain and keep it aside. Also make sure to save 1 cup of pasta water.
- Then in a mortar and pestle crush all the garlic cloves.
- Now in a pan add butter & oil. Once the butter melts, lower the flame and cook the garlic until fragrant. Make sure the garlic doesn't get brown.
- Then add all the sauces mentioned above. Mix everything well and let it cook for 2-3 mins on medium low heat.
- Then add spaghetti along with the pasta water. Mix and toss it in the sauce on high heat until the pasta is coated through.
- Lastly lower the flame, add some freshly grated parmesan along with Spring onion greens and toss again.
- Plate it up and enjoy while its hot.
