In my opinion the canon ending is the burntrap ending because, maybe, the princess quest ending is not in the comic because its a secret ending.
I also think the freddy from ruin is not freddy because of the prototype sign and the green gift box.
And lastly, freddy could be the friend that knows the maps.
But that is just my opinion.

Well now im confused because I have been told like a thousand times that the Afton ending the one where you find burntrap, was the real ending. Oh well, confusion emerges

But there is something to debunk every ending of security breach but it is really implied that the princess quest ending is the canon ending especially with the princess quest sword in the princess quest arcade machine saying we freed Vanessa and Glitchtrap is no longer in control of Vanessa.

The only problem is the fact that the freddy in ruin is a prototype.
It says on his foot, which wasn't on actual freddy.
