Growing up, my buddy had a PRS with a thick, clear, cherry red lacquer you could still see the grain through.. it was gorgeous and made me want to hold it every time I looked at it, like looking at a delicious dessert you just wanna eat forever 😂

With current trend of last few years of relics, many have little to no color left, but I admit when I build Guitars for the Charities I support, I take an unusually large amount of time choosing even color of Screws, So like You I am Guilty as Charged when it comes to Color making a Difference

Bro I got 3 Vs n 1 strat . Call it superficial but when you like the way a guitar looks it makes a huge difference and I def play more because of it . Same thing with a Marshall but that’s another topic

Its true, sometimes you just look at the damn thing and think "damn I should be practicing instead of whatever the hell else im doing". Mystic Dream comes to mind!
