finally someone who knows to add the packet BEFORE the noodles.
Adding it after makes bland noodles. Adding it before lets the noods absorb the flavor.

Why don’t you just add half the amount of water just enough for noodles to cook, it’ll be more flavourful that way and you don’t have to waste the broth either

I just hate the sloshing of all the broth in me after a while! But if I have enough toppings or if I’m hungry enough, I’ll drink the broth.
