Gorilla Mind - code “DYLAN” for 10% off

My 9 week training program is now live! You can purchase “The Independent Variable” here 👉🏼 dylansprogram.com/

Included in this program is the exact training model I used to propel myself from a scrawny hardgainer to a successful fitness influencer and natural bodybuilding competitor within just a couple year

Answer: who cares, train when it’s most convenient for your schedule and lifestyle

The most effective time to train is whatever will let you stay consistent

Simplest answer is...workout when you have time. Any workout at anytime is better than no workout.

Just work 5.3% harder in the morning and you’re all set

Working out at night has been scientifically shown to increase my frustration levels by 100% upon realizing the gym is PACKED like a sardine can. I'll continue stimming my socks off and keep my 4am workouts so I may workout in peace.

I agree with the last statement about train when you can but not the evening training idea. In the morning cortisol wakes you up and when you workout cortisol is higher as well. In the evening we should be winding down so that our cortisol goes down and melatonin goes up so we can recharge aka sleep and recover from the days work. Sacrificing a good night of sleep will only constitute decreased overall health and therefore “gains” in the long term.

Working out at night is more efficient. I workout my right arm every night and my arm has gained a lot of muscle growth

Stressing about stuff like this will slow your gains , just train when you have time and feel like it . Unless you are a top olympian you should never worrie about this kind of stuff , just go when you have time and try to give you best !

If you work a 9-5 you'll probably have more energy working out in the morning. You can also take a preworkout without it messing with your sleep

Train in the morning or on a lunch break will allow you to have a bunch of caffeine and let it burn out before bed. Too many people take preworkout at 5 PM and wonder why they can’t sleep at night

I enjoy morning workouts anymore. In the past I would workout at night right after work. I had results sure but it was hard having energy sometimes. I'm more energetic in the morning and I feel better mentally for the day ahead after a morning workout. It all depends on what works for us as individuals.

Just cuz u pointed out 1 “study” doesn’t define the difference between training in morning vs night. Workout whenever u can! All that matters is consistency

Imma stick with morning. 1. Cause I get it out of the way unlike night I’m more likely to skip due to procrastination or feeling too tired 2. I feel pumped for the rest of the day after the workout 3. It’s just more beneficial to me.

Work out when you can. With a good work out, no shortcuts. Get good sleep. Eat a full diet. No SHORTCUTS to the finish line.
