What company in their right mind leaves a recalled item on store shelves and necessary for the customer to return? It shouldn't be available to purchase from the jump. Entirely absurd.

Counterpoint: They DID remove the recalled waffles from the shelf and put that on the receipt in the unlikely event that they missed a box of waffles that was impacted by the recall.
