建春門院(母)
後宮の小督(こごう・1157-?)を寵愛するが、
清盛の怒りにふれ、宮中を追い出さて、嵯峨野に身を隠した。
源仲国が探しに行くと、
月の照る嵯峨野で、想月夫恋の調べが聞こえ、
果たしてそれは小督だった。
ある秋の日、三仕丁が、高倉天皇が寵愛していた紅葉を集め、焚き火をして酒をお燗していた。
これを見た高倉天皇は、咎めることもなく、白楽天の「林間暖酒 焼紅葉」の漢詩になぞらえたもので、風流であると放免した。
雛人形の笑い上戸・泣き上戸・怒り上戸の三仕丁はこの逸話によるもの。
源平合戦・富士川(1180)や南都焼討(1181)などの心労が重なり、1181年に崩御。
