I'm not trans, but I used to be a lot like this person. My emotions controlled my entire world. Nothing worked out for me, a lot of people seemed to be against me, I was sad all the time...cried many times a day. It was a pathetic existence.
So, what changed??
I literally just decided to be happy. Got out of my own head, grew a thick skin and no matter what life throws at me, just keep it pushing. If it was something I could change, I'd do my best to change it. If it was something that I couldn't change, Id quickly move past it. You can control your emotions....but no one teaches us this. Why does no one tell us?
Once I learned to control my emotions, my life totally changed. I don't cry anymore. I only allow peaceful and happy thoughts. I only look towards the future and never the past. Who we were yesterday doesn't matter. It's who we are today that counts. It what we do with our time. It's how we handle difficulty. We can all be better people. We just have to allow it to happen.
And not being a Leftist helps a lot too.
