most likely scenario is the computer is plugged into a power brick that has various other things plugged into it, have seen this before and always recommend that a powerful PC be plugged directly into the wall.

My thought could be that the ac plug into the PSU might get jostled and loose contact just long enough to power off the computer. Idk

Hmm it might not be the setup it could be now hear me out it MIGHT be the customers breaker or the surge protector being old or faulty causing the random power issues... or thee unlikely someone setup a power plan where the pc Hibernates when not in use
