The most memorable bosses - without a doubt - had Demon's Souls. DS3 has by far the lamest generic sword or spear wealding huamoid dodge role bosses out of any Soulsborne game...

I never felt a sense of âthis is bullcrapâ when fighting a boss in ds3 after souls games finally clicked for me. It was the jailers in the irithyll dungeon that did it lol
