Tips for Losing Body Fat and Weight:
- Proper Training (Stick With both Strength Training and Cardio)
- Proper Diet (Mostly High Protein and always stay on Calories Deficit if you want to cut)
- Get Enough Sleep (8 Hours)
- Get Recovery (2-3 Days after a hard Workout)
- Train Hard (Volume and Effect)
- Stay Hydrated (Drink more water)

This will take 6 Months - 1 year, Depending how your body looks like with BMI, Body Fat Percentage, Weights and How active are you.

I went from 288 to 173lbs in 15 months and agree, a massive calorie deficit is the best way. I was as low as 600 calories some days and would fast 2 days a week. Your body needs to eat the fat reserves

There is now definite workout routine. There is however, dos & don’ts if you’re on a diet. Any “healthy” set foods that has proteins in it, they are also expensive. Supplements are another thing which they’re also expensive.

This is how I pretty much eat. I get so hungry and I keep eating. It's alot of chewing and lots of fiber dense foods so over eating is actually difficult. I do eat 1 salty meal and 1 desert per week to keep my cravings in check.

i get 150g protein per day with no protein powder. yogurt in the morning and chicken thighs & brussels sprouts for dinner. extremely easy

I went for 227 to 193 in like 4 months and didn’t do nothing crazy just 10k steps work routine and avoiding little things like no mayo no ranch no fried chicken but grill instead no sugar drinks and so on and so on everyone is different do what you’re comfortable with at the beginning and don’t overwhelm yourself with extreme diets right off the start.

I naturally found myself eating what’s in this video, it’s what my body gravitated towards. I train daily.

Protein bowl in the morn.
Plain Steel cut Oats, plain isolate, plain Greek yogurt, honey from my bees, single ingredient peanut butter, fruit and some other nutritious Whole Foods thrown in.

Dinner
Smoked Chicken thighs and veggies
or homemade burgers.

Lunch
Eggs and veggies.

I’ll eat simple carbs sometimes, but they’re mostly nutrient depleted so I hardly bother unless I’m really trying to put on mass. No processed sugar no processed foods no caffeine no alcohol. People love excuses to eat and drink shit and piss, then they wonder why they feel like shit and piss all the time.
