I went for 227 to 193 in like 4 months and didn’t do nothing crazy just 10k steps work routine and avoiding little things like no mayo no ranch no fried chicken but grill instead no sugar drinks and so on and so on everyone is different do what you’re comfortable with at the beginning and don’t overwhelm yourself with extreme diets right off the start.

I naturally found myself eating what’s in this video, it’s what my body gravitated towards. I train daily.
Protein bowl in the morn.
Plain Steel cut Oats, plain isolate, plain Greek yogurt, honey from my bees, single ingredient peanut butter, fruit and some other nutritious Whole Foods thrown in.
Dinner
Smoked Chicken thighs and veggies
or homemade burgers.
Lunch
Eggs and veggies.
I’ll eat simple carbs sometimes, but they’re mostly nutrient depleted so I hardly bother unless I’m really trying to put on mass. No processed sugar no processed foods no caffeine no alcohol. People love excuses to eat and drink shit and piss, then they wonder why they feel like shit and piss all the time.
