Syndrome deserves number 1. Heâs the perfect symbolism of a toxic fan who canât face rejection and lets it simmer till he becomes a sociopathic maniac. His secret base is elaborate, he has tons of robots and soldiers at his disposal, he killed almost every OG superhero just to validate his robot can kill a guy he wanted to prove he was better then, he intended to blow up a plane full of innocent people, and when he couldnât accept his failure at the end of the movie, he tried to kidnap his enemies baby. Bro was an absolute madlad and beats Screensaver ten fold.

Syndrome is #1. Not only in his own movie, but in the entirety of Pixar.

Syndrome killed off some of the greatest super heroâs, he destroyed an aircraft with children on board he tried to kidnap a newborn child, and launched an attack on A CITY with A GIANT DESTROYER ROBOT which would have won if not for the incredibles and frozone. All Evelyn did was hypnotise the supers to make them steer a ship into a building and say some bad stuff.
