Sorry to any fans of the Deagle but as cool as it is as a movie prop or a toy to goof off with at the range its jsut not good as a service weapon.

its heavy - compared to a regular pistol
low capacity - 6 rounds vs 17 for 9mm Glock
unergonomic as its heavy to carry especially for a secondary
Bad recoil - as high calibre
the 44 magnum hits hard.... for a pistol bullet, but getting shot is getting shot
slow rate of fire as bad recoil
tricker to keep on target while shooting as bad recoil, heavy,
and its still just a pistol
its jsut not worth the hype generated from 90s movies
