This is exactly how I eat also. I'm 53 years old and 5'10". After a bulk that went too far, I was 27% body fat and 185 lbs. In about 5 months I lost over 30 lbs (eating the way you describe including a few of your recipes) bringing me to 13% body fat and 154 lbs today. I counted all calories and stayed under 1950 daily. I did lose a few of pounds of muscle during the cut, but I am gradually building that back with a slow, lean bulk.

For the longest time I tried to slim down and get fit. Fasting, Keto, Low Carb I tried realy a lot. All of that helped for a time but it was just not enjoyable long term for me. Only when I began early this year to really understand food I found channels like yours that realy helped me not to diet but change my eating and fitness behavior. You took a small part of bringing me from 115kg at the beginning of the year to now 88,4kg.
So thank you for yor work. It is absolutly appreciated. ❤

Learning how to cut out unnecessary calories from my diet has made it much more enjoyable. My GF want's to try out some of your recipes!
